The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine hosted a Pre-Open House event for upper secondary school students aspiring to pursue a career in veterinary healthcare. Held at the Language and Computer Center Building, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, the event provided prospective students with an opportunity to explore academic pathways and future career prospects in Veterinary Nursing. The event was officially opened by Associate Professor Dr. Phrasak Aksorn, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, who delivered a welcoming address to participants. Joining the occasion were members of the University Executive Board, academic staff, and personnel from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, reflecting the University's commitment to fostering the next generation of veterinary professionals.
Associate Professor Dr. Phatcharasak Arlai, President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, emphasized the University's readiness to launch the Veterinary Nursing major under the Bachelor of Science Program in Veterinary Technology, with student admissions commencing in the 2026 academic year.
Dr. Kanthapan Ubolrat, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, explained the background and objectives of the event, stating: "The purpose of this Pre-Open House is to promote the Veterinary Nursing major at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University and to provide students with an opportunity to learn about and gain a better understanding of the program, including its curriculum, teaching and learning processes, and practical training. The event is intended to support students in making decisions about their future studies."
